Maria Thandie is from South Africa and Eswantini based in Denmark since young age. Maria Thandie is a Musician/ Artist and has traveled almost all over the world. Maria Thandie has performed with great artists both in Denmark and abroad. Since 2000, Maria Thandie has been part of the Danish music industry and has performed with great respect artists both from Denmark and abroad. – such as: Hugo Rasmussen, James Sampson, Bob Rickets, W.T.C, Pharfar, Beenie Man, Moonjam, Maceo Parker, Ayi Solomon, Deodato Siquir Etta Cameron, Alain Apaloo & D1MA In 2009, Maria Thandie Duo performed for the Crown Prince and Crown Princess during the fashion week at Glyptoteket. Maria Thandie has since 2014 been part of the Copenhagen Jazz Festival in various constellations; Maria Thandie Original, Maria Thandie with band and she has had great success with “Nina Simone Tribute” on i.a. Råhuset. All the concerts was sold out in less than one hour. “Maria Thandie voice is deep powerful captivating. They say that music is a universal language.
